Explore Ambergris Caye, Belize on this sailing and snorkel tour. Sailing on our 40' Sirena Azul Sailboat, you'll spend time snorkeling at Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley, where you will be in awe of sea turtles, nurse sharks, stingrays and interesting coral formations. Adequate space will be provided while onboard the Sirena Azul Sailboat for social distancing for your safety.

An idea of the itinerary will be as follows:
Depart at 8:30am for 20 Minutes drive to Hol Chan Marine Reserve followed by orientation.
9am to 9:45am snorkel At Hol Chan.

Drive to Shark Ray Alley 10 Minutes.
10am snorkeling at Shark Ray Alley for about 25 Minutes.
10 Minutes ride to Coral Gardens for our 3rd Snorkeling stop.
10am to 11am: Snorkel at Coral Gardens.
10 Minutes ride from Coral Gardens to the North Channel to snorkel & look for Manatees.
Snorkel for approximately 45 Minutes at North Channel.
10 Minutes Drive to Caye Caulker.
After consulting with our guests we make a decision to continue to tarpon interaction or take a break to Enjoy a warm Belizean Lunch.
At about 1:30pm, take some time to explore the laid back Island of Caye caulker where you can purchase souvenirs.
We depart at 3pm enroute to San Pedro with arrival there at about 4pm.

Enjoy a 3-hour snorkel tour by boat from Ambergris Caye. At Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley, Belize’s most popular snorkeling sites, you’ll float along colorful coral reefs and see tropical fish. Swim with nurse sharks, stingrays and sea turtles for a unique underwater experience!

Hol Chan has the largest variety of species to be seen in the area and is often compared to an aquarium, while at Shark Ray Alley you get to experience a close encounter with nurse-sharks and stingrays. We then serve our famous Belizean buffet lunch on-board. Traditional dishes like stewed chicken and rice and beans with our Captain’s secret recipe BBQ fish! After lunch, we stop at the neighbor island Caye Caulker for approx. 2 hours of free time to explore the island, followed by a relaxed sunset cruise back to San Pedro, with fresh ceviche being served. You can also choose to return earlier to the boat for one more stop on our way back. Choose between more snorkeling or a stop at a shallow sandbar area. Snorkeling and Sailing to Caye Caulker with stops at Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark & Ray Alley. We do a guided snorkel of the Marine Reserve Hol Chan and then snorkeling at Shark & Ray Alley.
We leave a little later than most Tour Operators at 10:00 am vs 8:00 am and return later as well, to include the sun setting, where others have you back before or around 4:00 we get back about 6:00 pm. The Crew will walk Guests around the Village in Caye Caulker, go to feed the Tarpon or see the Seahorses and check out The Split.

Begin your day departing from Blue Tang Inn on Ambergris Caye and sail to Hol Chan Marine Reserve & Shark Ray Alley. Guests aboard the Sirena Azul Sailboat will be provided distance from other guests for your safety. You will enjoy a guided snorkel through the Marine Reserve and neighboring Shark Ray Alley. Once back on board you can rinse off with fresh water and settle in for the sail to Caye Caulker. When you reach Caye Caulker you will have time to have lunch on your own & explore our quaint sister island. After lunch, enjoy a leisurely sail back to San Pedro. Includes: Beer, soda, rum punch, bottled water, shrimp cocktail & fresh fruit.

This tour will take you through the lagoon of San Pedro until you arrive at Secret Beach to the most popular restaurant and bar, "Blue Bayou." They have tables in the water under umbrellas. You can savor the freshest seafood, enjoy the music, and spend about 90 minutes there (flexible). Feel free to ride the Jet ski’s while enjoying secret Beach.
