A very warm welcome from Lorelle, Greg & their team. “This is self-guided biking at its best & probably the most fun you'll have on a bike!” We are located at heart of Renwick, surrounded by bike paths & quiet roads plus 14 Cellar Doors who are as little as 5-10 minutes biking apart. We offer 2 bike hire time slots - 10am-4pm or 11am-5pm & includes a free shuttle service if you are staying within 15km of our base in Renwick (check Google) . Free parking if you drive yourselves to our base. Our bikes are “all about cruising” & come with comfy seats, a basket, dedicated wine panniers for 4 wine bottles & Hi-Vis Helmet. This is bike hire with extras… friendly up-to-date advice, tools to navigate your day, a detailed cellar door map, a video on the cellar doors to help you decide who you would like to visit, a full emergency backup service if you need help, free collection of wines. A day made for relaxing in beanbags, nibbling on cheese platters, and tasting beautiful wines.

With a winemaker as your guide; your tour starts with an informative vineyard stroll. You can ask all those curly questions, and capture some great vineyard photos. During your full day tour you visit 4-6 wineries which could include a local brewery (depending on the preferences of the group), with over 40 cellar doors to choose from, if you’ve got a favorite we’ll do our best to get you there. We generally focus on a new Zealand family owned vineyards and wineries but can also visit the small boutique and organic vineyards. This tour does not include a visit to Cloudy Bay, Fromm and Hans Herzog. If Cloudy Bay is a must see then please book our Gourmet Gold Tour or a Private Wine tour Lunch at a vineyard restaurant is always a highlight and is at your own cost. There is opportunity to visit the Makana Chocolate Shop. Visit 4-6 wineries.

The Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre presents two world-class exhibitions. The first is the original ‘Knights of the Sky’ exhibition, featuring film director, Sir Peter Jackson's own collection of WWI aircraft and artifacts. Spend a morning on our half day guided biking wine tour. Your knowledgeable and experienced guide will talk to you about the history of the area, its wines and the stories of its people. You will visit three wineries in the morning and then you are free to go at it alone for the afternoon with your bike, a wine map and some helpful pointers from the guide on where to visit.  

Peddle along flat, easy terrain that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.  All morning winery tasting fees included (3).

Complementary pickup and drop-off from Blenheim and Renwick accodmation. Up to 8 people per guided tour.

E-bikes (electric bikes) are avalible as an upgrade option.
