We will be heading for the slopes of the most active volcano in Costa Rica. Rincón de la Vieja which is 1 hour and 45 minutes from your resort. The scenic route will take us to the adventure center were you will have locker, bathroom, changing rooms while our staff will communicate safety tips before you take on the 9 cable zip line, plus 10 platforms. But if you feel more like hiking and appreciate wildlife at the foot of the volcano, we recommend our 8 hanging bridges with different lengths. The next activity is perfect for freshening up: a quarter of a mile water slide above the forest. You will indulge on buffet lunch to regain your energy and continue on your adventure of horseback riding in a middle of the forest with great landscapes. We will take a short walk and an exotic waterfall awaits you to reach the Eco Spa where you can open your skin pores in the natural sauna, exfoliate with volcanic mud and enjoy 5 pools the natural hot spring water for some well earned relaxation.

Llanos de Cortes Waterfall To start your day, we will take you to Llanos de Cortes Waterfall in Bagaces, where you can relax and take a swim at the falls or walk around exploring the flora and fauna. Rio Celeste Waterfall Hike - Tenorio Volcano National Park Upon arriving at the entrance, you will go on a 2 hour moderately difficult hike in the park.  You will walk through the rainforest and along the Celeste River where you can observe one of nature's most intriguing phenomenon. Organic Farm - Sloth and Frog Sanctuary After lunch, take a tour on a rural organic farm! This is a Guided Tour to discover secluded beaches on an off-roading adventure that takes you off the main road through mountains and rivers to explore parts of the region that are only accessible by all-terrain-vehicles. Independent travelers can choose their own ATV and experience the excitement of driving, while couples or families with kids can choose a 2 or 4 Seater BUGGY or a double ATV as well (driver + passenger) and ride together. Travel the vast network of mangroves with an expert nature guide.

National Park Marine Leatherback Turtles is home to Tamarindo estuary, being one of the largest of 127 mangrove forest in Costa Rica.

This brackish water habitat is home to many crocodiles, iguanas, crabs, monkeys and more!

On this Tamarindo Turtle Nesting tour, you will have the rare chance to see Olive Ridley and Green Pacific sea turtles, dig their nests, lay their eggs, and sometimes even see the babies hatching and making their way out to sea! The professional tour guide will take you walking along some remote beaches just North of Playa Grande in search of the turtles as they arrive and dig their nests in the sand!

Due to the sensitive nature of this naturalist tour, we prohibit the use of flashlights or flash on your cameras, but you may take pictures. A special red light will be provided by the guide that does not disturb the turtles.

Turtles can be seen year round, but November to April is the peak season for turtle nesting.
